1. An old farmer’s house in the Ukan village (14 April, 2019). People are living in the right house; and others are probably used for barns.

2. Several private houses I saw in the Ukan village. All are used for living.

3. A very old farmer’s houses (Nakai village on 14 April, 2019). I guess the house at the center is not used now for living. 

4. A traditional private house I saw in Hokubo village in spring this year. A family lives in this house. A nestbox is installed on the telegram pole 50 m distant from this house (photograph, not shown).

5. A traditional private house I could frequently see in the Hokubo village. This house is also inhabited by the people.
