Gon 1. Going over the Ohira-Yama hill, we could see a small shrine, named ‘Ohji-Gongen Jinjya’ on the right side of the road. There is a Tori-i (gateway) in the entrance.

Gon 2. A lion dog guards the shirine. The stone is, however, weathering, and the proto-shape is hard to imagine.

Gon 3. The main architecture of the shrine. Nobody lives in the shrine of this size. This is the house where a God comes down from the sky to take rest; so nothing is placed in the room.

Gon 4. People who want to worship the shrine could enter the architecture from the back of the neighboring house.

Gon 5. Landscape of the woodland from the garden of the shrine. A nestbox is installed on the telegram pole at the entrance.

Gon 6. A spring view of the woodland from the top of the telegram pole
(14 April, 2019). The Dollarbirds should come to this region in the first two weeks in May.
