Tatsunokuchi Shrine

River Asahi looking from the Tatsunokuchi Hill

Every one or two days, I crimb to Tatsunokuchi Hill (height at 225 m) for maintenace of my health. Stones and rocks are exposed on the path, and it takes 20 min to the shrine. Two lion dogs are guarding the shrine at the entrance. A number of people visit this shrine in the first three days in January, and hang the board for pray for this year’s success (especially for entrance examination), or tie a paper showing this year’s fortune on the branch of trees in the guarden.
